Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. All orders received after 9pm will begin processing the next business day.

Please, allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed. All orders are shipped via USPS. Tracking numbers are sent via email 12-24 hours after orders are processed. Shipping is approximately 3-7 business days and each package requires signature confirmation from the recipient listed on the package.

All sales are FINAL! Due to the nature of our product, there are no refunds. Federal law prohibits the return of human hair, or products that have been used or altered. Exchanges may be made if there is an error on our end. To qualify for a product exchange, you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.  The product must be returned in the same condition and packaging as it was received. If the item has been altered, the exchange policy will be void.
